3. An estimate is given over the phone in most cases. In certain cases we may opt to stop by the job site, the customer is not expected to be home during the site visit but that is your call.

3. Be sure all windows and doors are completely shut and locked to keep water from entering the home.
4. Please remove all screens from the home to prevent screen discoloration during the wash process.
5. Customers may certainly watch the cleaning process but we ask you, your children and pets stay clear of the home while the cleaning process is taking place.
We start by
1. pre inspecting the home for any damage to the home prior to our start. All damage found on the home will be recorded.
2. Ensure the home is ready to accept water and detergent.
3. Presoak all grass, flowers, rooftops and anything else that may become exposed to detergent prior to adding on the detergent.
4. Once the detergent is applied a dwell time of 2-10 minutes, weather permitting, takes place followed by a through rinse. This rinse includes everything that was originally presoaked along with the homes exterior to ensure all detergent is removed from the structure.
