Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@wepowerwashit.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Great question, because the obvious answer is a pressure wash but it's a bit more complected then that.  Professional equipment can't be found at your local home supply store.  Professional power wash equipment consist of high pressure and high volume.  for example a home unit may give out 3,000 psi but a professional unit will push 3,000-4,000 psi at 8 gpm which is a very high pressure high volume combo.  What a home unit will not offer compared to a professional unit is heat and soft wash capabilities.  Our units do allow for low pressure with high volume, 12 gpm.  This allows for a great cleaning with low risk of damage to your home.  Remember you should never pressure wash a home, only soft wash.

last differnce is alway money.  A professional unit like what we used at We Power Wash It cost between $35,000-$45,000 depending on your options.  This is compared to most home units which will cost anywhere from $300-$1,500.00.

We use eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are safe for both your property and the environment. These solutions are effective in removing dirt and grime without causing damage to your property.

The duration of a pressure washing service depends on the size of the property and the areas that need to be cleaned. However, most pressure washing services can be completed within a few hours to a full day.

This is probably the most asked question and it usually surprises people.  House washes start at $299.  Thats a single floor up to 1,400 square feet.  A second story will add $49 and a house thats lets say is 2,000 square feet will add on $98.  In other words most homes fall within the $400 to $550 price range.  That would be the average.  Larger homes with outside sheds and maybe some ground cleaning can be higher but not much higher.

Pressure washing is the technique of using high pressure to clean, sometimes adding in hot water while soft washing is the technique of using high water volume and low pressure with selected detergents to clean.  Simply put, always soft wash a home, never use pressure.

Aside from helpers me or my son will be running your job.  We both attended Powerline Industries workshop training courses in Utah.  I have personally completed several courses from them on top of quite a few years of studying and hands on experience.  Courses include Power Wash Workshop Program, Advanced Workshop, Safety and Operation, Thermo Reactive Sealer.

My son and business partner Joseph, has been around the power washing business since he was a boy.  He has learned the trade very well and pushes himself everyday to learn something new.  Joseph also had attended Powerline's Power Wash Training Workshop Program along with Safety and Operations training.

I can't speak for other companies but I can tell you about us.  We are insured, professionally trained by outside certified training companies and our dedication to our profession is second to non.  Their are other professional companies out their but you just need to do your homework because unfortunaly like many professions some are not professional or get into the industry with a low professional skill level and are learning as they go.  Some basic questions to ask a potential wash company is

Q: how long have you been in business?

Q: is this your only job or do you do this on the side?

Q: Are you or your company insured?

Q: whats the difference between soft wash and pressure wash

Then last, if its too cheap it ain't being done right because it can't.

We are very competitive when it come to pricing but a tall tail sign that the company  you may hire is too good to be true is because it is.  The one guy who is 50% lower then everyone else is a red flag.
